Exercise bikes have been on sale now for a considerable time and because they do actually work they are likely to stay around for a lot longer. In their original form they were very basic but technological advances mean that there is a lot of veriety right now.

The first ones were very large and cumbersome and basically not very user friendly. You will find lots of those in people’s garden sheds if they have not already sent them to the tip.

Even though they are so good, not everyone continues to use them, I suppose that that is human nature. Usually bought soon after January 1st to help fulfil a New Years resolution, they often get shunted from living room to bedroom to office and finally to the outdoor storage place.

But you must promise yourself that you will not make the same mistake as they did. You will use it regularly OK.
